Day 1
I weighed last week for the first time in months and being up here I have put back on everything I had lost after having Hayden 18 months ago. I am now the heaviest I have ever been while not pregnant. Not ok with me.
I suppose the stress, and being too hot to walk has something to do with it but not good for my health or my mental health so needs to change.
Today has been an ok food day.
Breakfast was a milkshake with frozen banana, a pear, flax seed and milk, and then 2 pieces of vegemite toast.
Had a few biscuits earlier but had chicken and salad for lunch and will have the same for dinner. Haven't drank enough water so will need to up that. Hayden keeps stealing my bottles.
No moving as of yet but will do half an hour of just dance with the kids soon.
