Day 2

Day 2. Not much moving today but eating was good. No crap food. Only 1.2l of water but that's a step up from what I was having. Not much else to write, been a non eventful day.

Day 1

I weighed last week for the first time in months and being up here I have put back on everything I had lost after having Hayden 18 months ago. I am now the heaviest I have ever been while not pregnant. Not ok with me. I suppose the stress, and being too hot to walk has something to do with it but not good for my health or my mental health so needs to change. Today has been an ok food day. Breakfast was a milkshake with frozen banana, a pear, flax seed and milk, and then 2 pieces of vegemite toast. Had a few biscuits earlier but had chicken and salad for lunch and will have the same for dinner. Haven't drank enough water so will need to up that. Hayden keeps stealing my bottles. No moving as of yet but will do half an hour of just dance with the kids soon. How has your day been? What is your plan for tomorrow?

The purpose of this blog

I've jumped on the blogging bandwagon mainly so I can share with my mum, and to try and motivate each other to get healthier which has been a long term goal for us both. Unfortunately it hasn't happened for one reason or another but a new year is upon us so we shall see where this takes us. Even though we're 1800km apart atm, I'm still here in support and cheering you on. She is yet to know about this yet but I shall finish this post and send her the link.
