The purpose of this blog

I've jumped on the blogging bandwagon mainly so I can share with my mum, and to try and motivate each other to get healthier which has been a long term goal for us both. Unfortunately it hasn't happened for one reason or another but a new year is upon us so we shall see where this takes us.
Even though we're 1800km apart atm, I'm still here in support and cheering you on.
